  • 2 lbs. chicken wings

  • Half of 1 apple

  • Half of 1 whole white onion

  • A sprig of fresh thyme

  • 1/2 inch of fresh ginger

  • 3 Garlic cloves

  • 1 Scotch Bonnet Pepper

  • 1 Tbsp of vinegar

  • 1 Tsp of sugar

  • Garlic Powder

  • Jamaican Jerk seasoning

  • Pinch of black pepper

  • Pinch of salt (optional)

  • Jamaican all-purpose seasoning

  • 1 Tbsp of flour

  • 1 Tbsp of butter

  • 1/4 cup of honey

  • 2 Tbsps of Siracha Hot Chili Sauce

  • 1 chopped scallion *Garnish*


Blend the apple, onion, thyme, ginger, garlic, and scotch bonnet pepper together in a high speed blender for 1 minute. Then add the vinegar and sugar, blend again for 30 secs, then set aside. In a medium size bowl, season the chicken with garlic powder, Jamaican jerk seasoning, black pepper, salt (optional) and Jamaican all-purpose seasoning. It is suggested to let the seasoning soak over night for best results. After you have seasoned the chicken mix it with the marinade and let it sit for 10-15 mins. Once the wings have settled in the marinade, lightly bread them with flour and fry in vegetable oil. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Once the wings are a golden color they are fried to perfection, put them in the oven for 10 mins so that the inside is well done and to add an extra crunch to the wings. Also wrap it with foil paper, so that it doesn't dry out. In a medium sized pot add the butter, honey, and sriracha sauce, then toss wings in the sauce mix. When the wings are evenly coated, garnish with scallions and SERVE!
